Alex Albrecht is secret manic depressive

Since his birthday last Friday, Albrecht has been managing less and less to keep his Kevin-envy under wraps. Our undercover reporters sat nonchalantly in the waiting room of a photography studio in California – a habitat Albrecht frequents far more than is necessary. Engaging him in conversation they discovered that Albrecht cannot understand why he is not more popular.
“Have you even seen how gay my headshots are now?” he exclaimed, sighing over-dramatically. “They honestly couldn’t get much gayer without me wearing some kind of corset, but I’m still not getting the recognition I deserve. I started a show called The Totally Rad show, for God’s sake. It’s, you know, totally rad! But do I get to be on the cover of BusinessWeek? No. Maybe I need to put more product in my hair. That must be it.”
Our reporters carefully suggested Kevin Rose might be famous for his more entrepreneurial pursuits. “Oh, you mean that Digg thing?” asked Alex. “No, no. I just let him make that so that I can have my DiggNation show. I even let Kevin appear in it. It makes my hair look better.”
